Orders & Shipping

You can track your order by going to "My Orders" in your profile menu. Click "View Details" on the specific order to see its current status and tracking number.

Shipping costs vary based on location and weight. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days, while express delivery takes 1-2 business days.

Orders can be cancelled only if they are still in "Pending" status. Once processed or shipped, cancellations are not possible.

Please contact our support team immediately with your order ID and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
